I've worked on the Java platform for over a decade -- 7 years on a Sun Java engineering team implementing Unicode, locale, input method, and other internationalization features. I know the Java internationalization APIs because I've helped specify, design, implement, and maintain many of them.
My primary development and deployment environments almost always involve Java SE and Java EE technologies. If I can help, I definitely will.
