I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a matter of JDK incompatibilities, but as you discovered and Jean-Francois suggested, it&#039;s a matter of changes in the some core modules. The JavaFX 1.2 plugin for NetBeans 6.7 is simply not ready yet and I believe Sun didn&#039;t want to delay the 6.7 release date. I believe JavaFX support will come later by means of the Update Center.</description>

		<description>My understanding from the last discussions in the NetCAT (Community Acceptance Testing) mailing list is that Java FX support was of course a very desirable feature in NetBeans 6.7 but the changes required in the 6.5 = current plugin were by no way a trivial matter.
So if I believe the persons who are involved in the first place... I guess you&#039;re not as close as you think. They&#039;re on it, but they don&#039;t promise anything in the weeks to come.</description>
