Well I am working with a team that supports localization on Mobile handsets and it will make the applications work very slow if we try to use web service in that case. So its not practical to use web services in such cases, but definitely we require something of this sort that is practically implementable with all the solutions but as of now I dont have any idea on what that should be</description>
